All services are initiated after a custom quote is requested, reviewed, and approved by both parties.

2. Quote-Based System

We operate on a quote-only basis. No direct purchases or payments are accepted through the website. Clients are required to:

• Submit detailed project information via our online form or email
• Receive a personalized quote within a reasonable timeframe
• Agree to project terms, timelines, and pricing via written confirmation
• Proceed with payment through agreed channels (e.g., invoice or direct billing)

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in your project agreement or invoice.
• Work will begin only after a partial or full upfront payment, as specified.
• Late or incomplete payments may result in project delays or cancellation.
• All payments are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Revisions and Edits

We offer a set number of revisions per project, as specified in your quote. Additional revisions or major changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project
• Respond to communication in a timely manner
• Respect deadlines and payment schedules
• Use the content for lawful purposes only

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights for the final delivered content will be transferred to you, the client. We reserve the right to display anonymized work samples (unless explicitly declined by you in writing).

7. Cancellations

You may cancel a project prior to the start of work. If work has already begun, cancellation terms will follow the agreement specified in your project quote (partial refund, no refund, etc.).

8. Limitation of Liability

Publishing Mavens is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are also not responsible for how you use the delivered content.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
